We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion—to apply. **Job Description** * Develop casting processes for aluminum automotive cast components. * Responsible for defining casting process parameters. * Support production operations. * Monitor tool tryouts. * Organize and manage process sheet drawings in the system and on the production line. * Propose solutions for current process issues and those arising from new products. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience with aluminum casting processes or related activities. * Experience in cast component design and development. * Knowledge of casting production methods.
