Job Summary: Infosys Brazil is seeking an IT Sourcing Leader to manage the end-to-end global IT procurement lifecycle, optimize costs, and develop sourcing strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cost optimization and strategic sourcing **Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with the profile of **IT Sourcing Leader** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the global IT and Telecommunications Procurement team; * Support projects in the U.S., Brazil, Latin America, and Central America; * Execute the full IT procurement lifecycle: from demand identification, RFx processes, and contract negotiations to cybersecurity validations and supplier integration; * Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards; * Drive cost optimization initiatives and value creation through effective supplier relationship management, contract renegotiation, and strategic sourcing; * Ensure procurement processes are executed and aligned with business objectives; * Develop the global procurement strategy and global initiatives related to digital transformation, risk mitigation, and sustainability in the IT supply chain; * Analyze data to anticipate risks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support sourcing decisions. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in all PC applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools; * Experience with sourcing techniques – spend analysis, strategic sourcing methodology, cost-leverage mechanisms, contracts, catalog management; * Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop, analyze, and summarize cost data; * Advanced English and Spanish. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, Flexible hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Childcare Assistance, Funeral Assistance, Assistance for Children with Disabilities, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with clients and/or national and international projects.
