Learn more about this opportunity and register now!** **Your key responsibilities:** Perform activities related to identification and analysis, evaluation and control, development, planning, and implementation of techniques regarding hazard management and risk control, as well as studying safety conditions in work environments and positions within the forestry production process, installations, forestry machinery, and equipment, through the development and creation of management tools and programs, operational procedures for safe activities, and application of techniques for incident prevention, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and technical reference standards according to NR31\. **Responsibilities and duties** **Learn more about your activities:** * Provide broad support to the discipline, collaborating with all parties involved in project implementation and forestry operations on all matters and demands related to responsibilities in performing technical roles; * Provide technical support for Occupational Safety Engineering services; * Study safety conditions in work environments and positions, forestry production processes, machinery, and equipment regarding risk control, occupational hygiene, fire protection, panic prevention, and sanitation; * Support the implementation of techniques related to hazard management and risk control; * Monitor expert assessments as needed; * Analyze risks, accidents, and failures, supporting root cause investigations and proposing preventive and corrective measures; * Support the development of safety system projects, providing input from the occupational safety engineering perspective; * Study installations, machinery, and equipment, identifying risk points and designing safety devices; * Inspect workplaces regarding occupational safety, in accordance with NR 31; * Support the specification, monitoring, and inspection of collective protection systems and safety equipment, including personal protective equipment and fire protection systems, ensuring their quality and effectiveness; * Support the development of plans aimed at creating and promoting accident prevention, fostering the establishment of committees and advising on their operation; * Support specific Occupational Safety training, assisting in the development and delivery of general training programs; * Collaborate in defining fitness requirements for job functions, highlighting associated risks; * Support proposing preventive measures in occupational safety based on knowledge of the nature and severity of injuries resulting from workplace accidents, including occupational diseases; * Support informing workers about conditions that may harm their health and physical integrity, as well as measures to eliminate or reduce these risks; * Support developing the PGRTR (Rural Work Risk Management Program), in accordance with NR 01\. Located in the Minas Gerais Triangle region, between the municipalities of Araguari and Indianópolis, the factory has an annual production capacity of 500 thousand tons and will use raw material sourced exclusively from 100% certified forests. The forest areas used by the company will have a robust infrastructure for monitoring and protection. All soluble pulp produced will be exported to Lenzing factories, where it will be transformed into low environmental impact fibers used in yarns and fabrics for clothing, as well as other applications such as wet wipes, facial masks, and hygiene products.
