Job Summary: A QA professional with experience in manual and automated testing, focused on agile methodologies and integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in QA with manual and automated testing. 2. Proficiency in test automation using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Java. 3. Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Description: * Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, covering both manual and automated testing. * Proficiency in developing automated tests using at least one of the following languages/tools: Language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, or Java. Web/Mobile Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. API: Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools. * Solid understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related QA practices. * Experience with test case and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail). * Ability to write intermediate/advanced SQL queries for backend data validation. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders, facilitating information exchange and alignment on quality. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing. * Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Recognized certifications in the field (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level). * Prior experience building a test automation framework from scratch. * Defining test strategies (functional, non-functional, regression, acceptance) for new features and releases, including effort and resource estimation. * Analyzing requirements and specifications (user stories, epics) to create detailed, clear, and effective test plans, cases, and scenarios. * Focus on test automation, CI/CD integration, integrated testing, and agile methodology. * Executing exploratory, functional, and regression tests, identifying and documenting bugs clearly and accurately. * Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for APIs (using tools like Postman, Rest Assured) and Web/Mobile (using frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright). * Monitoring, prioritizing, and tracking the defect lifecycle, collaborating closely with Development and Product teams. * Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Promoting a quality culture within the team by proposing and implementing improvements to QA processes, tools, and methodologies. 2511190202461816942
