




Job Summary: Professional to perform administrative management of mechanical maintenance, activity scheduling, system control, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Description: What we expect from you: * Completed high school; technical or undergraduate studies in engineering or related fields preferred; * Experience in administrative roles (preferably in maintenance); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint); * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B; * SAP knowledge and experience preferred. Learn more about your responsibilities: * Receive maintenance requests, analyze them, and allocate resources for routine activities of the Mechanical Maintenance team; * Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans, and propose improvements to those plans; * Schedule and manage results of oil analysis; * Monitor procurement processes for materials, make them available for use by the maintenance team, and track invoice (NF) registration processes; * Operate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for mechanical maintenance control/scheduling, ensuring data reliability for all entered maintenance information; * Manage records of maintenance activities performed during shifts worked by the Mechanical Maintenance team; * Assist in generating and distributing mechanical maintenance indicator and cost reports; * Request equipment warranties and maintain updated tooling inventory records for the department; * Enter purchase requisitions into the system, registering and accounting for production-area materials; * Enter data required for cost closing; * Control maintenance requests; * Assist in managing inventory of maintenance items; * Identify the need to register new materials and forward such requests to the registration department; * Manage shift-work information for the Mechanical Maintenance team, ensuring clear visibility of routes traveled, travel times, and service times; * Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics; * Comply with, and ensure others comply with, applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; * Safeguard company assets and resources; * Perform duties under limited or occasional supervision; * Carry out other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and as required by the department/company. 25121002021891594
