Position: Dispatch Supervisor We are looking for a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading operations and warehouse organization. Mandatory Requirement: Experience in the dispatch field. **Proven experience in this role is essential.** Key Responsibilities: Monitor and supervise the loading and unloading of goods. Verify and ensure accurate order picking. Manage and lead the dispatch team. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Coordinate the team responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the facility. Monitor the organization and care of operational trucks. Reduce and prevent errors in the loading and unloading process. Ensure dispatch processes are carried out efficiently, orderly, and responsibly. **Requirements:** Experience in the dispatch field.
