Join us in awakening creative potential around the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** Our PCP team leads, develops, and manages strategic business processes and programs impacting the company’s entire logistics chain. For this reason, being communicative, proactive, strategic, and results-oriented is essential within our Industrial Directorate. Below is what you’ll do here: **Production Planning and Control** * Develop Aggregate Plans, Master Production Schedules, and production scheduling. * Ensure alignment between productive capacity and demand. **Material Planning (MRP)** * Ensure availability of raw materials and inputs. **Inventory Management** * Monitor inventory levels and turnover; propose optimization actions. **Capacity and Constraint Analysis** * Identify production bottlenecks. * Propose scenarios and support decision-making. **Customer Service and Cross-Functional Interface** * Ensure on-time delivery fulfillment. * Provide industrial information to support Commercial, Finance, Production, and Engineering departments. **Management Support** * Support the department manager in achieving goals and deadlines. * Comply with quality, safety, and socio-environmental responsibility standards.
