Job Summary: The professional will perform technical and economic evaluations of vehicle repairs, preparing accurate bodywork and painting estimates aligned with company policies. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate closely with the workshop team **Job Mission** * Perform technical and economic evaluations of vehicle repairs to prepare accurate bodywork and painting estimates for customers, aligned with the company's policies and commercial strategies. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect vehicles requiring repair, identifying damage and determining the scope of necessary repairs; * Consult technical manuals and parts information systems to determine required parts and materials; * Perform precise calculations to determine repair costs, including labor, parts, and other materials; * Prepare and present estimates to customers, explaining in detail the repair scope and associated costs; * Negotiate and close deals with customers, considering dealership policies and procedures; * Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed on time and within budget; * Maintain accurate records of all repairs and estimates, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate; * Issue Service Orders after customer or insurance appraiser approval of the estimate; * Request in-stock parts and order missing parts, while tracking part releases for vehicle maintenance and service completion; * Release service orders for invoice issuance and deliver vehicles to customers, obtaining their signature on the release form; **What’s Important for You to Have** * Microsoft Office suite; * Customer service knowledge; * Knowledge and experience in sales routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of automotive parts, bodywork, and painting (preferred); * Completed high school education. **Learn About Our Benefits:** * Medical plan, MediQuo (telemedicine), dental plan, meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, sports), and other partner programs. **We’re Proud of Our History!** We are the largest Chevrolet dealership network in the interior of Minas Gerais and are seeking new talents to join our team.
