Responsibilities: Ensure thorough knowledge of the business and products; Promote proper store operations; Ensure window display setup, organization, cleaning, and restocking; Interact with customers during sales and after-sales, engaging both potential and existing customers; Build a customer base by providing personalized service. Requirements: Required experience in customer service and sales; Ensure excellence in service delivery, providing delightful customer service.
