




Job Summary: This position involves assisting in food preparation—from cutting and cleaning to cooking and waste disposal—ensuring kitchen organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive assistance in preparing meats, poultry, fish, and meals 2. Responsible for organizing and cleaning the kitchen and utensils 3. Preparing and handling food in accordance with quality standards \#AssaíAtacadista * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requested servings, and storing; * Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Perform loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut food items as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria.
