If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Operational Base Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the operational base facilities located along the highway. This professional performs essential functions to ensure that the workplace meets appropriate standards of hygiene, safety, and organization, thereby contributing to the smooth operation. * Clean and maintain internal and external areas of the operational base, including rest rooms, offices, restrooms, dining areas, courtyards, and parking areas; * Clean and organize equipment and materials used at the base; * Perform proper waste collection and disposal in accordance with environmental and safety regulations; * Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and general-use materials at the base, replenishing as needed; * Wash floors, windows, furniture, and equipment at the base using appropriate products and tools; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of employee and user common and rest areas; * Assist in meal organization, if a dining area is available at the base; * Support operational safety at the base by maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees; * Comply with safety regulations, correctly using cleaning products and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Prior experience in cleaning services or similar activities is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work schedule: Shift (2x2\). In the Way\-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The MS\-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. administers the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at its intersection with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and includes 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** The Eastern MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the concession of MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends from its intersection with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its intersection with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its intersection with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment runs from its intersection with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the concession of BR\-262, covering the stretch beginning at kilometer 360\+100, at its intersection with BR\-381 in Betim, to kilometer 799, at its intersection with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
