Job Summary: Professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in hospital environments, minimizing risks of infection through concurrent and terminal cleaning, distribution and restocking of supplies, and waste collection. Management of hygiene and cleaning materials Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning across all Hospital Units, distribute hygiene and cleaning supplies on each floor, restock them as needed, collect waste from temporary shelters located on each floor, and transport it to the external shelter for final disposal, aiming to maintain clean and hygienic environments and minimize risks of hospital-acquired infection. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record concurrent and terminal cleaning activities across all Branch Units to track time spent on each task for monthly hygiene indicator reporting; * Distribute hygiene and cleaning supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, plastic packaging, and cleaning products) to Units according to quantities determined by the Supervisor, ensuring adequate supply; * Inspect and restock hygiene and cleaning supplies in the functional cart at the start of each shift to prevent shortages during cleaning tasks and ensure time efficiency. * Clean functional carts weekly. * Perform daily terminal and concurrent cleaning across all Hospital Units per the annual schedule, removing furniture from areas to carry out cleaning; * Conduct washing using previously trained techniques on ceilings, walls, furniture, and floors, aiming to maintain a clean environment and minimize risks of hospital-acquired infection; * Collect waste from temporary shelters located on each floor using appropriate carts and transport it to the external shelter for removal by licensed waste collection companies in accordance with applicable legislation; * Disinfect the external shelter with water and disinfectant detergent after waste removal, ensuring the area remains properly cleaned and organized; * Disinfect collection carts at the end of each shift to minimize risks of hospital-acquired infection; * Comply with Unit regulations and safeguard institutional assets; * Notify the Supervisor immediately in case of equipment failure; * Disinfect cleaning material distribution points within your sector after completing each shift; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** **Hiring Units:** CAPS AD (Luizote neighborhood) and CAPS OESTE (Saraiva neighborhood) **Monthly Working Hours:** 180H OR 200H **Work Schedule:** Rotating 12x36 shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Partnership with SESC * Partnership with Tangará * Meal allowance  **Salary Range:** R$1\.500,00 to R$1\.600,00 **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine) is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\. SPDM – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina assumed management of Uberlândia Municipal Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public healthcare and commitment to SUS principles.
