The professional will be responsible for performing direct outreach, presenting the company's services/products, and leading negotiations focused on closing deals and achieving targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Active prospecting of customers * Acquisition of new leads and business opportunities * Conducting outreach and commercial presentations * Negotiation and closing of sales * Customer follow-up and after-sales support * Entering and updating information in the system/CRM * Meeting outreach, conversion, and sales targets **Requirements:** * Experience in external sales or active prospecting (preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile * Ability to handle daily targets and challenges * Organizational and disciplined approach for external routines **Advantages:** * Experience in door-to-door sales * Experience managing targets and commission-based compensation * Skill in handling objections **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance: BRL 200.00 * Commission per sale [uncapped] * Birthday day off **Employment Type:** [CLT / To be determined] **Salary:** [fixed + commission] Payment: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
