**Company Description** We are a consulting firm offering Human Resources and Payroll solutions, with the purpose of developing people, encouraging them and helping them experience new attitudes, ideas, and concepts that improve their habits and behaviors, so they become more effective in what they do. **Your responsibilities:** * Design electrical and lighting projects (residential, commercial, and/or industrial). * Conduct needs assessments with clients and the sales team. * Interpret floor plans, layouts, and technical specifications. * Recommend products and solutions aligned with the project and the store’s portfolio. * Support the sales team with technical information and project presentations. * Ensure projects comply with current technical standards. * Perform adjustments and revisions as required by the client or the team. * Maintain organization of files and developed projects. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in related fields (Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related disciplines). * Experience in lighting and electrical projects. * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Dialux, SketchUp, or similar). * Strong communication skills and a consultative profile. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Benefits:** Meal/Ticket Allowance + Transportation Voucher + Dental Plan. * **Remuneration:** R$2.500. * **Work Location:** Lauro de Freitas. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
