




**Position: UAN Nutritionist** **Employment type:** CLT / Full-time **Area:** Collective dining / UAN **Responsibilities:** * Manage UAN operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations. * Plan balanced menus according to users' nutritional profiles and company guidelines. * Supervise kitchen and general services staff, conducting training and promoting good practices. * Control costs, inventory, purchases, and input reception. * Conduct production control, technical sheets, and waste assessment. * Prepare management reports and unit performance indicators. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration. * Experience in UAN (industrial restaurants, hospitals, schools or similar). * Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety, and health regulations. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. **Advantages:** * Experience managing large-scale production volumes (\>1000 meals/day). * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on results.
