




Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation as directed by the chef; * Perform pre-preparation and hygiene of food; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen; * Contribute to carrying out daily restaurant tasks. Requirements: * Previous experience in the role of Kitchen Assistant; * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Good personal hygiene and commitment to food safety standards.
