Opportunity for continuous development and learning **About the Position** The Cia do Treinamento is looking for an \*Occupational Safety Technical Assistant\* to join our technical team. We seek an analytical, organized professional eager to learn, who enjoys working with processes, standardization, and continuous improvement. This person will directly support the Occupational Safety Supervisor, assisting with the department’s technical and administrative tasks, thereby contributing to the quality of deliverables provided to our clients and to team development. **Main Responsibilities** Assist the Occupational Safety Supervisor in departmental technical and administrative activities; Verify field data collections performed by Occupational Safety Technicians; Review technical reports and documentation received from operations; Register, verify, and complete technical assessments and other occupational safety-related documents; Support the development, review, and standardization of technical documents; Participate in developing and improving systems and processes related to technical document preparation; Conduct quality audits and monitoring of documents produced by the administrative team; Deliver technical training to the administrative team on document preparation, environmental assessments, and other area procedures; Attend technical meetings, internal trainings, and alignment sessions with the Occupational Safety team; Provide technical support to field professionals, clarifying doubts and assisting in activity standardization; Contribute to continuous process improvement and delivery quality within the department. **Requirements** Completed or currently enrolled in the final modules/final phase of a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety documentation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with processes. **Behavioral Profile** We seek a candidate with an \*Analytical/Dominant\* profile: organized, meticulous, proactive, responsible, quick to learn and teach, highly focused, and interested in developing solutions and improvements for departmental processes. **Compensation** Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits** Meal Allowance: R$ 643.50 Transportation Allowance Life Insurance Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership agreements Environment fostering continuous development and learning **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
