Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the weighing, movement, and recording of products, ensuring compliance and efficiency in logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Control and authorization of truck flow for loading and unloading. 2. Verification and validation of documents for regulatory compliance. 3. Truck weighing and coordination of correct product destination. **Description** **Purpose of the Position** Ensure accurate control of product weighing, movement, and recording, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and operational efficiency in logistics. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Control truck flow for loading and unloading, authorizing security personnel regarding the appropriate timing for entry and exit to ensure smooth operations. * Verify and validate documents from producers, carriers, and drivers—including invoices, certificates of origin, and transportation licenses—to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Perform truck weighing at receiving and dispatch, ensuring adherence to weight and dimension legislation to avoid fines and penalties. * Coordinate with sorters and operators on the correct product destination, guiding drivers on unloading and loading procedures. * Update and verify daily product movement reports, maintaining accurate records for inventory control and operational tracking. * Maintain organized physical and digital files to facilitate audits and inspections, ensuring product traceability. * Conduct periodic inspections of scales, checking their condition and verifying calibration validity to ensure weighing accuracy. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the weighing area, preserving safety and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields (Preferred). * Reside in Guarda\-Mor or surrounding region * Availability: Business hours, with occasional flexibility in scheduling **Desirable Proficiency/Experience in or with:** * Tax Legislation Applicable to Operations * Fiscal Document Attributes: CFOP, CST, NCM, Tax Rates, Tax Base, and Withholdings * Weighing Operations, Goods Entry/Exit Control, or Logistics * Road Scale Operation and Weighing Systems * Scale Calibration and Basic Maintenance **Benefits** * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.315,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
