Now, we also strongly operate in Occupational Medicine, providing humanized and specialized care, including psychosocial risk management. **Your responsibilities** * Map, identify, and assess psychosocial risk factors in partner companies according to NR‑1 and NR‑17 (such as excessive targets, lack of autonomy, conflicts, harassment, abusive work hours); * Conduct diagnostics through interviews and standardized questionnaires; * Develop action plans with preventive and corrective strategies—reorganization, communication, organizational support; * Prepare and present technical reports and assessments, with recommendations to improve team psychological well-being and performance; * Support the implementation of internal policies promoting mental health, including awareness campaigns, training, and continuous monitoring**;** **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology with active CRP registration; * Up-to-date knowledge on psychosocial risk management and practices recommended by NRs; * Ability to conduct interviews, apply reliable instruments, and produce high-quality technical documents; * Empathy, clear communication, technical autonomy, and ethical conduct; * Desired experience or interest in occupational health and prevention of mental illness. **Routine** * Conduct diagnostics and interventions with employees of client companies through individual or group sessions; * Apply instruments and collect data in the office or in the field, producing reports and assessments; * Work collaboratively with other technical areas (medicine, safety, HR) within an integrated OHS plan. **Salary offered** **?**Salary range: BRL 2,000 to BRL 3,500/month, depending on working hours. **Benefits of the Psychosocial Risks Area** * Your role will be strategic, preventing mental illness, reducing absenteeism and presenteeism, and promoting holistic health for our clients; * You will contribute to helping companies comply with the new requirement of the updated NR‑1, which makes mandatory the assessment of psychosocial risks in the PGR (risk management program).
