Collaborate in a team environment with a focus on problem resolution and communication. **Job Description** The Extreme Informática is seeking an Information Technology Technician to perform maintenance and technical support on computers and laptops, as well as provide client service in corporate environments. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops * Diagnose faults and prepare service quotations * Install and configure operating systems (Windows) * Configure networks, printers, and peripherals * Provide technical support to users * Conduct on-site service visits at companies * Support the technical team with daily operational tasks **Requirements:** * Experience in IT maintenance and support * Knowledge of hardware (laptops and desktops) * Knowledge of networking (basic/intermediate level) * Experience installing and configuring printers * Familiarity with cloud services (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) * Strong communication skills for customer service * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Ability to work effectively in a team Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
