Join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for accounting and controller routines, ensuring correct classification, recording, and analysis of the company's financial information; * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, preparation of trial balances, Income Statements (DRE), and Balance Sheets (BP); * Conduct variance analyses, provision assessments, and journal entries using sound technical judgment, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (CPCs / IFRS); * Support tax calculations in coordination with the tax department, prepare management reports, and accounting performance indicators; * Participate in audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proficiency in accounting closing routines and account reconciliations; * Knowledge of accounting classification and provisions; Experience with trial balances, Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets (BP), and variance analyses; * Practical understanding of accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS); * Basic knowledge of tax calculations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS); * Experience with accounting ERP systems (preferably Senior, SAP, or TOTVS); * Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation; * Active CRC registration. **BENEFITS:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **IN-PERSON, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM** **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract.
