This flexibility increases the chances of continued employment, allowing professionals to be assigned to new projects as needed, thereby strengthening their career path with us. **\#WESAREMILPLAN** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily inspections of work equipment, verifying its proper operation, reporting any inconsistencies to the immediate supervisor and/or the person responsible for maintenance, aiming to ensure machine operation and safety during work execution. * Operate manual breaker hammer/mallet, following instructions from the immediate supervisor and the equipment-specific and company safety procedures, aiming to meet the construction site’s production planning. * Remove loose stones after demolition to prevent accidents and clear the area for proper shoring. * Maintain work equipment carefully, handling it with care and arranging necessary maintenance, aiming to ensure safety during work execution and continuity of activities. * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining appropriate procedures and actions. * Comply with company and client standards regarding quality, safety, environmental control, behavior, regulatory standards, and personal conduct, properly wearing and using uniforms and PPE throughout the company premises. **Knowledge:** * Operation of equipment required for the activities. Minimum Education Level: Primary Education (1st level)
