Practical carpentry skills to plan and assemble components with hardware; knowledge of wood and MDF finishing techniques; sanding and preparing surfaces for painting. Ability to read technical drawings and perform sheet cutting on machinery; custom furniture fabrication based on specifications. Knowledge of MDF cutting; familiarity with furniture finishing techniques (e.g., edge banding, hinge drilling, etc.); ability to develop cutting plans from furniture specification drawings.
