In this opportunity, you will work as an Accounting Analyst, according to the following requirements: Responsibilities: * Manage operational processes related to the accounting of financial and asset movements of client companies and other departmental activities. * Act as a key player in the continuous improvement of accounting processes. * Provide technical and operational support to assistants and assist your team; * Validate and monitor the scheduling of monthly accounting deliverables and team goals; * Ensure or perform ERP accounting system configuration—including creation of accounting accounts and product registrations—as well as analysis and setup of integration parameters for tax, accounting, and payroll modules. * Ensure or perform preparation, verification, validation, and closing of trial balances, various reports, and other financial statements suitable for client presentation or book registration; * Conduct meetings with clients to guide and realign processes. * Handle inquiries of any complexity level—including presentation of Financial Statements, results, and tax calculations—leading necessary consultations and clarifying them with the client; Prerequisites: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience in day-to-day accounting department operations; * Proficiency in Portuguese language (spoken and written).
