We seek someone capable of effectively guiding customers, understanding their needs and specific requirements, ensuring complete implementation, and accompanying the customer’s entire lifecycle within the company. **Responsibilities** * Analyze reports and key performance indicators to support decision-making. * Perform chart analysis and organize data for the customer. * Conduct network closing procedures for customer use. * Deliver training sessions for customers and end users. * Lead implementation processes and ongoing support, ensuring the best customer experience. * Monitor transactions, card deliveries, and other activities impacting the implementation process and the customer’s smooth operation. * Act in a consultative, hands-on, and advisory manner, ensuring customers correctly utilize solutions and receive support at every stage. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed **Experience** * Experience in Fleet Management **Computer Skills** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Excel proficiency: basic formulas, report analysis, and chart creation
