Definition and development of execution schedules Description: Basic requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in Capex project planning; * Experience in large-scale industrial projects and construction; * Advanced proficiency in MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI; * Knowledge of FEL methodology; * Intermediate English; You will stand out if you have: * PMP certification or postgraduate degree in Project Management and Planning; * Advanced English; * Experience in food industry projects, especially dairy industry projects. Brief Description: Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined project milestones to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. Detailed Description: * Define, based on project scope and deliverables, the logical sequence of project phase execution to identify the critical path (the longest activity sequence) for schedule development. * Develop the execution schedule to monitor the stages identified in the construction planning, thereby defining controls to be implemented to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Consolidate and align multiple interdisciplinary schedules. * Control and monitor activity progress through occasional site visits, data analysis, team reports, and other information sources to ensure timely delivery. * Ensure periodic construction progress reporting, highlighting advancements, bottlenecks, losses, and key execution-related risks to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Conduct regular planning and construction control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Participate in interface area meetings related to contracts under your responsibility to identify and align potential interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Provide operational guidance to the team and assign tasks to be performed in the area, facilitating and integrating team efforts to enhance performance toward achieving results. * Be responsible for applying personnel competencies and time allocations to operations under your responsibility, evaluating workload demands, individual needs, and legal compliance requirements—ensuring administrative aspects of labor relations (e.g., vacations, timekeeping, role or location changes) are properly managed in coordination with the immediate manager. * Ensure all team members under your supervision are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date training for operational execution as per established procedures. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. * Participate in occupational safety routines, conducting inspections, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and other related events. 251110020218849805
