Requirements: **Main responsibilities:** * Directly manage a team of 10–15 employees across sales, reception, marketing, and teaching departments; * Manage team routines, ensuring alignment, productivity, professional conduct, and quality of deliverables; * Monitor performance, goals, and results across various departments; * Develop and lead the team, fostering individual growth and strengthening organizational culture; * Supervise customer service and experience across all touchpoints; * Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring planning, execution, consistency, and alignment with company objectives; * Organize operations and internal workflows to enhance process efficiency and clarity; * Establish, refine, and monitor internal processes and standards; * Work closely with the commercial team, tracking conversions, opportunities, and team performance; * Resolve daily issues autonomously, maturely, and with sound prioritization; * Maintain direct communication with senior leadership for strategic alignment and decision-making **Candidate profile:** * Strong leadership and team management capabilities; * Proactive, organized, and owner-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to influence others; * Strategic vision combined with strong execution capability; * Ability to hold others accountable, develop talent, monitor progress, and engage team members; * Maturity to interact effectively with diverse individuals and departments across the organization. + ️ **Important Alignment** We are a growing company with a lean structure.
