We seek a professional for the Operations area with critical thinking and urgency awareness, flexibility, empathy, customer focus, sense of ownership (“owner of the business”), and excellent interpersonal skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect and perform simple analysis of ethanol samples from tank trucks (TT); * Collect samples from receiving tanks; * Conduct daily field inspections; * Deliver theoretical and practical training to drivers, assisting\-them throughout the unloading process; * Support terminal auxiliary system operations by conducting water quality tests; * Contribute to facility maintenance through cleaning and organizing the industrial area; * Perform periodic tests on the Fire Suppression System (FSS) and emergency generator; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations by issuing Work Permits (WP) for both third-party and internal employees, guaranteeing safe area release for task execution; * Conduct daily field inspections to identify abnormalities in critical equipment; * Perform checklists and inspections of tank trucks (TT) related to operational safety prior to entering unloading bays; * Perform checklists and inspections of drivers’ PPE and mandatory tools/equipment; * Inspect lower vehicle seals, verifying compliance with printed spot-check documents or tablet-based verification; * Organize and guide drivers regarding vehicle release procedures according to gate parking availability and access to waiting queues. **Prerequisites:** Completed High School; Technical degree in Mechanics or related fields is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to interpret technical documents; Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License — Category A or B; Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
