Optimization of workflows and KPIs **Responsibilities**: * Supporting drivers, customers, and service providers, * Controlling personnel entry, * Registering individuals and vehicles, * Issuing invoices, * Managing cargo loading and unloading, * Issuing CIOT and CTE documents, * Digitizing weighing tickets, * Weighing vehicles, * Closing MTR records and issuing certificates, * Transport manifests, * Closing seedling service provision reports, * Proposing process improvements, * Presenting KPIs. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, * Prior experience in this role. **Compensation**: * Salary range: R$ 3.500,00 to R$ 4.000,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 150,00 (average) * On-site meals (no deductions) * Fuel allowance: R$ 350,00 or transportation voucher, * Dental plan (Uniodonto), * Health insurance (Unimed) after probation period, * Life insurance, * Tangará Club membership after probation period **Working Hours**: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday.
