Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform physicochemical and bromatological laboratory analyses on raw materials and finished products * Release formulated products at the start of production * Prepare and send samples for external analyses * Analyze, record, and archive external laboratory reports * Prepare chemical solutions for analyses and routine activities * Calibrate laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meters, balances, etc.) * Perform cleaning, organization, and proper disposal of glassware and laboratory waste * Monitor reagent, material, and daily consumption inventory * Receive, inspect, and store reagents and materials * Monitor inventory of products (DML, declared products, raw materials, and invoices) * Record products and invoices in systems/spreadsheets * Request purchases and process invoice protocols * Support internal audits and monitor execution of action plans * Evaluate, verify, and archive documentation related to raw material receipt * Manage returns and concessions of shipments according to internal procedures * Ensure laboratory organization, compliance, and good laboratory practices In the absence of the Quality Assistant (e.g., vacations, leaves, or operational demands), the candidate must: * Monitor the production process and prepare daily reports * Perform finished product analyses according to defined frequency * Conduct particle size/granulometry measurements * Perform water analyses and potability control * Calibrate control equipment (e.g., chlorimeters, turbidimeters) * Dilute chemicals used in the process * Sample raw materials * Execute chlorine control (e.g., tablet replacement) * Support operational routines related to DML Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or holding a technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering; * Knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analyses; * Prior experience in this role.
