ESG Analyst

Description

We are seeking an ESG Analyst to strategically implement and consolidate the company’s sustainability, corporate governance, and socio-environmental responsibility practices. This role will play a key part in managing and developing the organization’s ESG initiatives, supporting cross-departmental integration, stakeholder engagement, and strengthening a corporate culture focused on sustainability and regulatory compliance. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, systemic vision, and the ability to exercise cross-functional leadership within the organization. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead and support ESG, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility initiatives; * Develop, monitor, and consolidate ESG indicators, metrics, and KPIs; * Prepare sustainability reports and executive materials for investors, financiers, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders; * Identify, assess, and mitigate ESG risks; * Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance standards, regulations, and best practices; * Support the implementation and evolution of the Integrated Management System SHEC (Safety, Health, Environment and Community); * Promote interdepartmental integration to strengthen the company’s ESG agenda; * Conduct ESG and sustainability training and awareness programs; * Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, public agencies, communities, and institutions; * Support continuous improvement processes related to governance, sustainability, and socio-environmental performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Proven experience in ESG, corporate sustainability, governance, or social responsibility; * Experience with ESG indicators, sustainability frameworks, and corporate reporting; * Knowledge of ESG standards, regulations, and best practices; * Advanced English proficiency; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Experience with frameworks such as GRI and CDP, and requirements set by financing institutions; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies, mining, industry, energy, or infrastructure sectors; * Experience with the Integrated Management System SHEC; * We seek a strategic professional with strong coordination skills, effective executive communication, and the ability to drive integrated, business-aligned sustainability agendas. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity * Ethics * Adaptability * Discretion *Meteoric provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals and does not discriminate against any employee or job applicant on the basis of race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.*
