The role aims to continuously improve occupational safety and health conditions by eliminating risks of workplace accidents and illnesses through preventive actions, training, campaigns, and collective and individual protective measures. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Conduct assessments of all workstations in the factory to identify and control hazards, injuries, and prevention of occupational diseases; * Support the identification of corrective/improvement actions for workstations; * Comply with legal requirements and regulations; * Manage fire-fighting equipment, monitoring tests, inspections, and recharges; * Monitor and control safety indicators and management reports; * Conduct DDHSE and training; * Perform other related activities, including organizing campaigns, issuing documents, maintaining controls, etc. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of SOC, Cesla, and IUS Natura (CAL) systems; * Intermediate English proficiency; Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Mindset oriented toward digital innovation; * Prior experience in this role and within a manufacturing environment.
