\> **What We Are Looking For:**
***Education:*** Completed high school;
***IT Skills:*** Advanced;

***Years of Experience:*** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience.
***Preferred Prior Experience:***
* Proven experience (e.g., formal employment record or equivalent) in technical roles related to hardware maintenance and/or technical support and assistance. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience required.
* Proven experience operating and supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and subsequent Microsoft updates throughout the contract period;
* Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office and LibreOffice;
* Experience providing microcomputer user support.
\> **Core Job Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks):**
* Customer-oriented attitude, willingness to listen and serve, ability to respond with appropriate formality, capacity to respond effectively under pressure, and ease working in teams.
* Technicians will provide in-person and remote support to MPPR users; ensure equipment and/or connected systems remain operational and functional; perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including installation and configuration of operating systems and software duly approved and provided by MPPR.
\> **Required Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications:**
* Certificate verifying satisfactory completion of a Technical and/or Vocational Course in Hardware Maintenance (microcomputers and/or printers), and/or training courses in Software or Operating Systems (Linux or Windows), and/or Computer Networking courses, with minimum duration of 40 class hours;
* Knowledge of installing and configuring workstations running Microsoft Windows operating systems;
* Basic knowledge of Linux;
* Basic knowledge of electronics;
* Advanced knowledge of Windows networking and Internet environments;
* Advanced knowledge of microcomputer hardware;
* Advanced knowledge of information security (backup and restoration);
* Knowledge of security, vulnerabilities, and antivirus solutions;
* Knowledge of assembling Category 5 and Category 6 network cables;
* Knowledge of switch port termination;
* Knowledge of printer maintenance (e.g., paper jams, toner/photoconductor replacement, assembly/disassembly, component cleaning, etc.).
\> **Essential Personal Attributes:**
* Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Class B or higher;
* Criminal background clearance certificates issued by State Police and Federal Police.
