Job Summary: Engbras is seeking an Engineer to provide support and supervision for electronic installations in vehicle manufacturing, developing and implementing new processes. Key Highlights: 1. Our differentiator lies in delivering customized solutions: whether targeting a single phase of a project or proposing improvements to the manufacturing process of a product — from its inception through final testing — encompassing all phases and resulting in enhanced performance and reduced project timelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Description:** * Provide technical support and supervision for installation activities, focusing on electronics within vehicle manufacturing equipment (e.g., communication protocols between equipment); * Prepare and evaluate descriptive technical memoranda specifying the technical scope of equipment installations and services to be implemented in manufacturing processes; * Provide technical supervision during production equipment installation and buy-off — interfacing with internal departments; * Manage and monitor production line performance — cycle time; * Develop and implement new processes; * Draft work instructions for planned workstations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Control Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of electrical/electronic hardware; * Familiarity with communication protocols between manufacturing equipment (particularly those used in the automotive industry); * Understanding of production processes, industrial automation, and emerging technologies; * Knowledge of digital industry (Industry 4.0); * Project management knowledge; * Knowledge of FMEA; * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in programming vehicle modules. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical assistance, life insurance, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, partnerships with universities and language schools, SESC, and Totalpass.
