Job Summary: Professional responsible for cost control in projects, variance analysis, and process optimization, using RM TOTVS for financial reporting and construction project monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Cost control and analysis in projects 2. Process improvement and cost reduction 3. Use of RM TOTVS Obras e Projetos **Responsibilities:** Allocation and implementation of controls to monitor actual versus budgeted costs, variance analysis, and proposal of corrective actions. Preparation of monthly reports containing economic and financial information, including earned value analysis and production metrics. Support in contract issuance and execution of monthly measurements. Use of **RM TOTVS** Obras e Projetos for report generation, including updates, configuration, and measurements. Participation in process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects. Monitoring and processing material requisitions within the system and inventory write-offs. Reconciliation of accounts among consortium members. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Engineering** (or currently enrolled); * Experience in **cost control**; * Experience in **infrastructure construction projects** is a plus; * Familiarity with **RM TOTVS** Obras e Projetos is a plus; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are a plus; * Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills.
