Spring Technician
Department: Spring Shop / Maintenance of Commercial and Heavy-Duty Vehicles
Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair conventional and parabolic spring systems in commercial and heavy-duty vehicles;
* Replace, align, and reinforce springs and suspension components such as pins, bushings, axles, and supports;
* Identify failures and wear in the suspension system and propose technical solutions;
* Operate hand tools and specialized machinery for spring repairs;
* Ensure service safety and quality, complying with technical and safety standards;
* Collaborate within a team to efficiently meet maintenance demands and adhere to deadlines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Spring Technician or in suspension services for heavy-duty vehicles;
* Knowledge of suspension systems and components for cargo vehicles;
* Proficiency in using specialized tools, such as presses, hydraulic jacks, and cutting equipment;
* Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
