With a family-oriented culture, Dolly strives to welcome and satisfy its employees, fostering an environment of professional growth and recognition. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing, mapping, and improving organizational processes. * Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality. * Participate in identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for process automation or optimization. * Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and performance indicators. * Contribute to documenting workflows and procedures, promoting standardization of activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK). * Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, or similar). * Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (with emphasis on Excel/Spreadsheets). * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in projects or process improvement, even if during an internship. * Certifications in agile methodologies or project management. **Additional Information** Permanent position, CLT employment.
