Job Mission** Support administrative routines in the maintenance area, assisting in document control, service orders, indicators, and organization of departmental activities, developing knowledge in industrial maintenance planning and management. **2\. Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in opening, tracking, and closing service orders. * Support control and updating of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance records. * Assist in controlling spare parts, materials, and organizing the maintenance warehouse. * Support material purchase requests when necessary. * Assist in preparing maintenance reports, spreadsheets, and indicators. * Support communication among maintenance, production, and other company departments. * Assist in controlling schedules and planning team maintenance activities. * Provide administrative support to the maintenance manager and maintenance planner. * Organize documents, files, and internal departmental controls. **3\.
