**Technical Supervisor** **Job Type**: 100% On-site (CLT) **Location**: Fundação, São Caetano do Sul \- SP, 09520\-310, Brazil **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00\. **Education**: Completed high school (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). *The professional will be responsible for supervising technical support and field service operations, ensuring service quality, process efficiency in diagnosis and repair, and managing warranty, maintenance, and equipment-related requests.* **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM; * Solid knowledge of electronics; * Experience in electronic component testing; * Fault diagnosis, corrective and preventive maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Lead internal and/or external technical support and field service teams; * Manage technical support ticket queues and repair requests; * Monitor service level agreement (SLA) for response and resolution. **Salary: R$ 5\.000,00 \+ Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * Breakfast before shift; * Discount on company products; * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
