Job Summary: A professional to process and monitor Transport Allowance requests, control payments, validate data, and support internal process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. A software company is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Process Transport Allowance requests (both manual and automated workflows) with service providers. Generate, track, and control bank slips and payments with the finance department. Monitor daily recharge releases, proactively addressing potential failures. Perform detailed controls in shared spreadsheets, ensuring information traceability. Validate data and identify inconsistencies before they impact customers. Support the registration and maintenance of service providers and operational rules. Resolve operational issues together with service providers. Support internal process mapping, structuring, and improvement. Contribute suggestions for system enhancements and automation. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
