Join Onset!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Server and network administration, incident diagnosis and resolution, maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation, and generation of detailed infrastructure utilization reports. Activities include: * Install, administer, and support Windows/Linux operating systems; VMware/Hyper\-V virtualized environments; file, print, and domain controller servers; * Provide support for networking equipment (switches/routers/WiFi); * Monitor backup routines; * Log support activities in the ServiceNow platform; * Follow change and incident management processes aligned with ITIL best practices; * Collaborate with external teams on infrastructure and change management projects; * Track incident resolution progress and interact with local IT support teams and company staff. * Prepare reports on network device availability, performance, and capacity; * Create and update network environment diagrams; * Create and update procedures in the knowledge base; * Escalate and manage incidents with IT vendors. * Analyze and recommend network / infrastructure improvements; * 24x7 on-call remote or onsite support for network / infrastructure incident resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field * Experience configuring and administering Windows servers; * Experience with VMware virtualization environments; * Knowledge of file, print, and domain controller servers; * Knowledge of network device configuration (switches/routers/WiFi); * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud and SharePoint; * Familiarity with backup tools; * ITIL knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** Location: Santo Andre\- SP Work schedule: 40 hours per week Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Availability for on-call duty—including weekends—is required.
