The Biopsy Solution Partner (BSP) is responsible for providing specialized support throughout the entire renal biopsy process, from sample collection to result analysis, acting as a vital link between key reference centers and value solutions. Your role includes mapping the biopsy journey at key reference centers, identifying major bottlenecks to deliver value solutions to the healthcare system, ensuring implementation, monitoring, and measurement of impactful outcomes. With a focus on efficiency and compliance, this role covers the entire biopsy pathway, including gathering insights and implementing solutions co\-created with cross\-functional teams. ### **About the Role** **Responsibilities:** * Reduce the percentage of variation among healthcare professionals regarding the appropriate timing for requesting a biopsy, thereby aligning practice with clear guidelines. * Achieve reduction in the rate of inadequately collected samples for analysis, along with applying best practices for sample collection. * Reduce the rate of biopsies sent to non\-specialized laboratories through improved decision\-making on where and how to send renal biopsy samples for analysis. * Significantly reduce delays between biopsy performance and result interpretation. * Effectively reduce the rate of incorrect interpretations or reading errors in biopsy reports, reflecting improved quality in biopsy report reading and interpretation. * Work across São Paulo and Southern regions. **Essential Requirements:** * Professional with a degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Marketing, or related fields. * Availability for travel. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong ability to execute and manage projects with excellence. * Ability to identify opportunities within patient and physician journeys and act to reduce key biopsy bottlenecks and barriers through projects that deliver value to key reference centers. * Motivated and interested in understanding, mapping, and identifying opportunities across the entire renal biopsy chain in Brazil, with a focus on glomerulopathies. * Responsible for partnering with field teams (Access, FMLs, Sales Team), identifying, mapping, engaging, and managing key stakeholders from priority customers, and co\-creating projects based on diagnosed needs. * Build effective working relationships with external customers through value\-based solutions that generate benefits and make an impact on the patient journey, within a framework of sustainability and healthcare system efficiency. * Ensure all projects and interactions comply with local regulations and align with global and local values and conduct, including guidelines and code of conduct. **You’ll receive**: Competitive salary, annual bonus, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness activities, flexible work arrangements, birthday day off, parental leave, meal/food allowance, health insurance, employee recognition platform, Gympass, employee affinity groups, and development tools.
