




**Job Title:** Junior A\&B Attendant Key Responsibilities: – Greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner, identifying and fulfilling their needs; – Record orders and manage product inventory; – Assist in the receiving, organizing, and restocking of merchandise; – Maintain a clean and organized workplace to support excellent customer service; – Provide support to other team members as needed. **Required Qualifications:** – Completed high school education; – Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry; – Effective communication skills, empathy, and customer service aptitude; – Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling; – Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change; – Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** – Customer service training or inventory management knowledge; – Experience with inventory control and point-of-sale systems; – Basic English proficiency. **Additional Information:** **– Work Schedule:** Rotating automated shift schedule, including possible day and night shifts.
