Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, networks, and systems, providing technical support and managing infrastructure and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. 2. Developing customizations and new functionalities in systems. 3. Managing IT contracts and information security. Support the IT department to ensure company users have microcomputer and teleinformatics network equipment in perfect working condition, taking responsibility for technical assistance, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Manage the database through various queries and creations/divisions for any required modifications. Develop customizations and new functionalities/integrations in systems to improve processes and routines. Coordinate technological resources, monitor and track their operation to ensure stability and availability. Establish IT usage protocols for departments and projects. Provide technical support and training to users on systems and networks. Assess staffing requirements, define roles, responsibilities, and profiles for IT professionals. Administer the integrated information system — ERP. Manage IT infrastructure services. Monitor system and network performance. Perform failure diagnostics, repairs, and data restoration. Install and configure software and hardware (e.g., printers, network cards, etc.). Administer and manage Information Technology contracts. Administer and manage Infrastructure contracts. Administer and manage equipment leasing contracts — IT. Control information and network security. Maintain licenses and update schedules. Track technology equipment and peripherals.
