This person will play a critical role in ensuring platform stability and driving continuous advancement of our reliability engineering practice.**Qualifications** ------------------ **What we’re looking for in you:** * Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or infrastructure engineer in mission-critical environments * Advanced knowledge of AWS, including services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and others * Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management * Experience using Ansible for configuration automation and orchestration * Strong expertise in observability and monitoring using tools such as: + Dynatrace + Datadog * Practical experience with concepts including: + High availability and fault tolerance + Distributed and scalable architectures + Metrics-, logs-, and traces-based monitoring * Proficiency in Linux and advanced troubleshooting of distributed systems **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with containers and orchestration (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of Chaos Engineering practices * Experience in regulated or highly critical environments * Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supporting and enhancing application reliability, performance, and scalability within the AWS environment * Defining, implementing, and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to ensure service high availability * Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) * Developing and maintaining pipelines and automations that reduce manual intervention and increase system resilience * Proactively engaging in monitoring, observability, incident response, and post\-mortems to drive continuous improvement * Collaborating closely with development, architecture, and security teams to promote reliability best practices * Analyzing metrics, logs, and traces to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities * Participating in on-call rotations and critical incident response processes **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
