Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, provide administrative and logistical support to field teams, and manage information and resources.

We seek a **Maintenance Technician** to join the Strategic Maintenance area and become part of the emergency response team—a group dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on rapid and efficient service delivery.
**Available Shifts:** Morning (7 AM to 7 PM) and Night (7 PM to 7 AM)
**Work Schedule:** Marshall
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support field teams by ensuring administrative and logistical support for maintenance teams, guaranteeing the availability of information, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation required for efficient field operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheet-based controls, and email-based information management is required.
* Manage resources, organize processes, track demands, and support maintenance management.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education (preferably in Administration, Logistics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields).
* Active registration with the relevant professional council.
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
* Experience in administrative support activities for maintenance, operations, or warehouse functions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and experience developing controls and reports.
* Ability to manage and monitor materials, tools, equipment, and inventory.
* Knowledge of creating, tracking, and updating service orders, demands, and operational records.
* Capability to organize and control maintenance-related information, documents, and indicators.
* Familiarity with maintenance processes, service planning, and logistics supporting field teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with operational teams, suppliers, and support departments.

* Basic knowledge of maintenance KPIs and resource control.
