You will work alongside technical leaders, serving as the team’s reference for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, highly available systems. **Responsibilities:** * Independently lead software development projects, participating from planning and task breakdown through execution and deployment. * Define micro-deliverables for the department and promote appropriate use of developed solutions. * Systematize support and maintenance activities: go beyond ad-hoc issue resolution by creating processes, automating workflows, and educating users. * Propose, collaborate on, and implement continuous improvements to processes, tools, workflows, and software architecture. * Partner with technical leadership to maintain cloud infrastructure and ensure solution availability. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Technical IT program OR ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Solid backend development experience with Java (versions 17 or 21\) and Spring Boot. * Strong structural knowledge of relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB and/or DynamoDB) database modeling and usage. * Practical experience with Docker and containerization concepts. * Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (S3, EC2, Lambdas/Serverless). * Strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and software architecture. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
