Controller Analyst | COFCO INTL Will be responsible for executing and analyzing accounting and controlling routines, actively managing CAPEX, fixed assets, financial closing, reconciliations, and internal department support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality of financial information, compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the company’s decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Control CAPEX and fixed assets, including accounting entries, reclassifications, and project tracking; Reconcile Measurement Reports (MRs) and support fixed asset activation processes with the CSC; Execute and support monthly financial closing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy; Perform accounting reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet accounts; Analyze input and output invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal legislation; Support internal and external audits by organizing documents and information; Handle and analyze data for management dashboards; Provide support to internal departments, clarifying accounting and financial queries; Support budget and forecast preparation, especially related to investments; Manage advances and support financial control of construction contracts, where applicable; Full fixed asset management, including capitalization, disposal, physical inventories, and asset register control via asset tagging and computerized asset management systems. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in controlling, accounting, or fixed asset management; Knowledge of accounting routines and monthly closing; Intermediate/advanced Excel; Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense); ERP experience; SAP knowledge is a plus; Intermediate English; Audit experience and familiarity with structured corporate environments.
