Focus on business profitability and competitiveness JOB OPENING: PROCUREMENT ANALYST Location: São Bernardo do Campo – SP Company: Maju Comércio de Personalizados Employment Model: PJ \| On-site Compensation * R$ 3\.000,00 (fixed) \+ variable bonus, potentially reaching up to R$ 5\.000,00 based on performance. * Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Job Mission * Ensure strategic and operational procurement execution, guaranteeing efficient production supply, cost control, supplier negotiation, and internal department support—contributing to business profitability and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * Conduct supplier quotations and lead price, delivery time, and commercial terms negotiations; * Analyze procurement demands originating from PCP and internal departments; * Execute procurement of production inputs, operations supplies, and commercial materials; * Control and replenish trims, materials, and inputs; * Support the commercial team in quotations, feasibility analyses, and cost assessments; * Issue, control, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs); * Verify and resolve discrepancies among POs, invoices, and deliveries; * Assess financial, operational, and commercial impacts of procurement activities; * Identify, evaluate, and approve new suppliers; * Collaborate with Receiving and Quality teams in material inspections; * Monitor incidents, defects, and non-conformities with suppliers. Internal Department Interaction * Commercial: support in quotations and financial feasibility; * PCP / Production: alignment on lead times, production capacity, and input requirements; * Finance: cost control, payment terms, and settlements; * Logistics: delivery timelines, receiving, and shipments; * Quality: verification of standards and materials. ️ Technical Requirements and Experience * Proven experience in productive and industrial procurement; * Experience in supplier negotiation; * Knowledge of industrialization processes; * Ability to analyze costs and taxes; * Strong organization and control over orders, POs, and documentation; * Familiarity with management systems; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
