If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Boiler Shop Methods and Processes Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:** * Conducting time and motion studies for boiler shop production processes of turbine and generator equipment, aiming to reduce costs and cycle times, and identifying failures or improvement opportunities; * Performing part planning and calculating weld volume; * Developing manufacturing and assembly routings for medium-size and medium-complexity parts; * Implementing and monitoring technical manufacturing instructions for parts and equipment according to established standards; * Providing support and assistance to production departments regarding process improvement; * Assisting product engineering in developing new projects, adapting designs to the factory’s production capabilities; * Designing fixtures and tools according to departmental needs. **We expect the following qualifications:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Training in Boiler Making and/or Welding—preferred. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and/or NX; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of welding symbols; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * SAP system knowledge—preferred; * Power BI knowledge—preferred.
